Maintenance and Support is an investment that pays tremendous returns in better products, technology, and support.

When you purchase MicroEdge software for the first time, you receive 30 days of the Gold Maintenance and Support Program at no additional charge. This complimentary period is activated upon product shipment. The program is renewable annually for a fee.

Gold Support Program
This program provides grantmakers with product upgrades and maintenance releases, unlimited access to our toll-free technical support hotline, access to the client only area of our web site, and much more.

Platinum Support Program
This program provides grantmakers with all of the benefits of our Gold program plus access to your own dedicated senior support specialist, monthly reports and conference calls, and an annual strategy meeting.

Platinum Support is open to all clients. It may be especially beneficial to customers with more complex technical environments who require a specialist trained in areas such as client/server technology, Citrix, or IIS. Working with only one support specialist insures an in-depth understanding of your environment and requirements.
