(*2) You can use any third party report writer to create GIFTS reports, but if you use Crystal Reports you must use a compatible version. Please note that MicroEdge does not provide upgrades for Crystal Reports. To purchase upgrades for Crystal Reports, contact your software distributor.

(*4) Advanced correspondence features, including e-mail merges, are not available for WordPerfect.
(*5) GIFTS v5.2 has been certified as compatible with Outlook 2000 SP2, as well as the representative security patch available for download from the Microsoft website. GIFTS v5.2 has also been certified as compatible with Outlook XP SP2.

Certification Policy
GIFTS and Essential GIFTS are certified with the latest version of supported products available at the time of release of the software. Please note that service packs, upgrades, and versions made available after GIFTS has been released are typically not certified until the next release of GIFTS. At that time, only the latest version of the software is certified; interim releases made available during the intervening period are not certified.
