"The organizations that apply for grants love the IGAM system. We have made the whole application process as lucid and time-saving for everyone as possible. Instead of stacks and stacks of paper applications with all their attendant attachments, we now have virtually no paper. We use e-mail to send out the approval and decline letters, and copy our area/district managers. Virtually the only piece of paper I send out from this office is the actual check to the organization.
