Learn how to accelerate the process of creating requirements and payments in your GIFTS system. It is possible when you use the Requirements Plus and Payments Plus modules. In this class you will learn how to create payments in batch on single grant or multiple grants. You will see how using the Plus Pack not only makes the process faster, but you can specify the dates of payments and the breakout of the payment amounts. Sound too good to be true? Well there is more: after covering the aforementioned topics, you will also learn how to schedule grant requirements and payment requirements in batch and apply contingencies to the first or last payments of your recently approved grants - all at once. Class Size
Each class will hold, maximum, 16 students from multiple organizations. We ask that each organization allow no more than 4 people to sign into each class. Each group can allow as many students to fit around a computer as possible for each course, but we ask for larger groups to delegate one person to sign into the WebEx and do the question asking and that the phone remains on mute in the interim to keep the class moving along.

4 Participants per Organization, per Class
Larger foundations and corporations with many GIFTS users or with more than one office location are advised to allow only 4 people to sign in from your organization, per class. As stated above, the maximum class size is 16 students, so this 4 per organization restriction keeps the class moving along and allows multiple organizations to join, thereby allowing a variety of interaction/Q&A.
