Group Training Policies

Purchasing, Scheduling, and Payment Terms

  • To purchase group training, please call our Educational Services Department at 1.800.899.0890, Option #3.
  • Training is scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis after receipt of a purchase order or signed purchase agreement. For a class schedule, please refer to MicroEdge’s Website (www.microedge.com) or call 1.800.899.0890, Option #3.
  • To register for a group training class, please call our Educational Services Department at 1.800.899.0890, Option #3 or send an email to training@microedge.com. Once you schedule your class, you will receive written confirmation along with information on travel and lodgings. To schedule any training, clients must have remitted payment for the software.
  • Payment for training is due 30 days from receipt of invoice. For a list of our educational services rates, please contact the Educational Services Department at 1.800.899.0890, Option #3. Payments may be remitted by check, money order, or credit card in U.S. dollars. All bank fees, wire transfer fees, U.S. or foreign custom fees, VAT, taxes, tariffs, or other charges incurred in the purchase are the responsibility of the client.

Guidelines and Discount Policy

  • A maximum of three people from the same organization may attend the same group-training class.
  • Training is conducted only on the current release of GIFTS.
  • It is a training prerequisite that all participants complete either the Introduction to Essential GIFTS or the Introduction to GIFTS class before registering for the Introduction to Employee GIFTS class.
  • Training passes are valid for a one-year period commencing from the date of purchase. Training passes not redeemed within the one-year period will be credited to your Maintenance and Support membership. Refunds are available upon written request.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy
In the event you must cancel or reschedule your seat in a class, please contact us at your earliest opportunity. You may cancel or reschedule up to five business days before the start of your class with no cancellation or rescheduling service charge. Clients may choose to receive a refund or a credit for the amount of training. A credit may be used toward future purchases of any product or service -- within one-year of the original date of purchase -- or applied to extend your maintenance and support membership.
Classes cancelled or rescheduled by clients five business days or less before the start of the class will be assessed a service charge of 50% of the training cost.

MicroEdge reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training at any time. In the event of a cancellation, MicroEdge will make every effort to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time.

In the unlikely event that MicroEdge should need to cancel or reschedule a class, we will notify you as soon as possible, before the start of the class. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for incidental or consequential costs such as non-refundable airline tickets, theater tickets, hotel reservations, or other travel and related expenses incurred under these circumstances.
