Unconditional Money Back Guarantee and Refund Policy
When purchasing Essential GIFTS or GIFTS for the first time, you may return the licensed program to MicroEdge for any or no reason for a full refund of all product license fees paid, less a 5 percent re-stocking fee, within 30 days of product shipment (Maintenance and Support is complimentary during this period). Fees for services rendered and any related travel and living expenses are not refundable.
Clients who purchase additional modules or user licenses after their initial purchase of the GIFTS software, may also return them to MicroEdge for any or no reason for a full refund of all product license fees paid, less a 5 percent re-stocking fee, within 30 days of product shipment. Clients returning modules or user licenses have two options within the 30-day period:
1. You may choose to receive a credit for the amount of the module. A credit may be used toward future purchases of any product or service -- within one-year of the original date of purchase -- or applied to extend your maintenance and support membership; or
2. You may choose to receive a refund for the module or user license amount.
The maintenance and support membership for the module is prorated and the unused portion is credited or refunded. Any fees for services rendered and any related travel and living expenses are not refundable.
