Winnipeg Foundation realizes exceptional growth with MicroEdge/NPO Solutions' FIMS Foundation Information Management System

Using FIMS, the Winnipeg Foundation developed fully automated processes that take advantage of the system's wide array of essential features and functionality. Foundation staff members cite a comprehensive coding system, document management, data integrity and a powerful contact tracking system among the key features that have helped them immensely in their day-to-day activities.
As a result, the Foundation has become much more structured and efficient, enabling them to skillfully manage the phenomenal growth the foundation has realized over the past few years-growing from assets of $150 million in 1998 to about $330 million now. Today, the foundation manages well over 1,500 funds-volume that they would not be able to handle without FIMS.
Because their back office and foundation administration processes are automated, they can handle so much more with the same number of staff, and they can do everything in a timely fashion.
