MicroEdge will be closed on the following days:
- New Year’s Day
- Labor Day
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
- Thanksgiving
- President’s Day
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Good Friday (half day)
- Christmas Holiday (half day)
- Memorial Day
- Christmas Holiday
- Independence Day
Typically, if one of the above holidays falls on Saturday, it normally will be observed on the preceding Friday; if one falls on Sunday, it normally will be observed on the following Monday. Additionally, the toll free Technical Support Hotline closes at 5:00 PM Eastern Time on the days before Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day.
For half-day holidays, the office will close at noon;
Technical Support will operate until 3:00 PM Eastern Time to accommodate
the West Coast time difference.
