MicroEdge Extends PowerME™ Access for Clients
MicroEdge recently introduced PowerME™, a new and enhanced client portal that provides easy, online access to support resources.
We’ve received overwhelmingly positive feedback about PowerME, and a number of useful enhancement requests. One of the most common requests we heard is that you would appreciate having broader access to the portal for your users. We listened to what you said, and we are pleased to provide an additional PowerME license for every client.
Three Easy Steps to Obtain Your Additional PowerME License
It is really easy to get an additional portal user set up for access to PowerME. The designated support contact at your organization should submit the request by taking the following steps:
- Log into PowerME at www.microedge.com.
- Submit a case – ‘request additional portal license’, and provide the name, email and contact information for your additional portal user.
- We’ll set up your additional user within 7-10 days. We will notify the designated support contact when that has been completed, and we will provide your new PowerME user with all the necessary instructions to start reaping the benefits of PowerME.
