Maintenance release helps giving organizations enhance and optimize use of GIFTS® grants management system

NEW YORK, NY – June 8, 2011 – MicroEdge, LLC, the leading provider of solutions for the giving community worldwide, today announced the upcoming maintenance release of GIFTS® 6.4 grants management system.  This latest version offers expanded collaboration capabilities by enabling users to more easily communicate and share a wealth of information with the various stakeholders involved in the grants management process, while also creating greater efficiencies through an improved ability to find information within the GIFTS system

GIFTS® is the world’s most popular grants management system that supports thousands of giving organizations around the globe. It streamlines and simplifies every aspect of grants administration and awards, which helps foundations, corporate giving programs and other charitable giving organizations track and organize their grantmaking process from proposal receipt through closure.

Whether it’s making decisions about grants or communicating with grantees and staff members, funders interact with an array of people inside and outside of their organization on a daily basis.
